This notice covers information collected through the VMS website and any follow-up correspondence about a contact request. It does not cover the VMS application itself; how customer data is handled there is set out in each customer's agreement.
Information we collect
When you send the contact form, we collect the details you provide: name, work email, company, and optionally phone number, role, timeframe, area of interest, and your message. We also receive standard server information such as IP address and request timing, used to operate the site and protect it from abuse.
How it is used
We use what you send to reply to your enquiry, prepare the conversations that follow, and keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell personal information, and we only share it where that is needed to reply to you or where the law requires it.
How it is stored
Contact requests are kept for as long as the conversation is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case it resumes. You can ask us to remove your information at any time.
